Here is how you make Grandma's sugar-free Sweet Potatoes:

Bake the potatoes until tender. Peel off the skin, and slice into a 13X2 pan. Lightly scrape orange juice concentrate from the can, approximately 1 tsp at a time, until you have about 1/3 of the can scooped out and spread across the potatoes. Season lightly with cinnamon and nutmeg.You can refrigerate over night and warm the next day or serve right away.
