How Do I Make Rumbamel's Sweet Basalmic Soy Salmon?

Here is how you make Rumbamel's Sweet Basalmic Soy Salmon:

When choosing your pieces of salmon to cook make sure they are about 1/2 in or less thick or it will be difficult to cook them from frozen. Cook salmon in a nonstick large skillet in a small amount of olive oil spray(maybe about a teaspoon)over low/med. heat. Periodically turn them over to cook evenly. This should take about 6-7 minutes according to the package, but it depends on the thickness. While the fish is cooking, mix the sauce ingredients: soy, basalmic, garlic, brown sugar and onion. When done, take it out, cover and set aside. Pour the sauce mix in the pan and stir it around to get all the drippings. Continue to stir a minute or two and then add the fish back in for one minute on each side to soak up some of the sauce. Serve with rice and broccoli (neither is included in the nutritional values).Makes 4 servings.Enjoy!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RUMBAMEL.
