2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1//2 lime, cut into wedges

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 oz. Spanish peanuts, toasted

Here is how you make Sweet-and-Sour Slaw:

Combine serrano, garlic, shallot, and sugar. Muddle with a mortor and pestle or in food processsor (just pulsed) until they begin to break down. ________Add tomatoes, fish sauce, and slaw; squeeze lime wedges into mixture and add rinds to the bowl. Muddle ingredients to lightly crush the tomatoes and release oil from lime rinds. Taste for seasoning; remove lime rinds from bowl.______Toss slaw and cilantro with dressing.
