2 Red peppers
2 carrots
2 cups broccoli.snow peas

Here is how you make Sweet and Spicy Cashew Stir Fry:

Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar and salt. Add protein and toss. Heat wok or frying pan to highest heat. Add oil. Heat to hot, not smoking. Add protein, ginger, garlic and onion. Stir until protein is cooked (about 1 min). Add peppers and carrots. Stir 2-3 mins. Add broccoli and sauce. Cook until sauce comes to a boil.
