Here is how you make Sweet and Spicy Salmon:

In a small bowl mix together honey and 1 tablespoon olive oil.In another small bowl mix together brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin to make the dry rub.Lightly brush the honey mixture over the fleshy side of each salmon filet. With your hands rub the dry rub mixture into the fleshy side of each filet. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat with remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Once it is hot add the salmon skin side down and immediately reduce the heat to medium-low.Pan sear salmon for 7 minutes, flip and fry for an additional 2 minutes or until center reads 145 degrees.
