Here is how you make Crab Tacos:

Mix first 9 ingrediets and taste. You might have to add some more salt or some garlic powder. Then add the crab and avocado, mix. serving size is 1/4 c. Serve with corn tortillas, heat in microwave for 10 seconds, lettuce, green cabbage, sour cream, cheese. Remember to add the extra calories to your total. If you don't want that many serving at one time, I make the salsa (first 9 ingrediets), then I take 1 1/2 c of the salsa, mix with 1 avocado, and 1 1/2 c crab.
