How Do I Make Walmart Family CookBook - Tangy Wings?

Here is how you make Walmart Family CookBook - Tangy Wings:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13X9X2 inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings. Cut wings at joints to form 2 pieces from each wing. Arrange wing pieces in pan. Sprinkle onion powder and garlic over wings, set aside. (My note: I did drumsticks, easier to deal with - I just thawed and deskinned them first). 2. In a medium bowl whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, water, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder and chili powder; pour over wings.3. Bake, uncovered, about 1 hour or until tender and no longer pink, turning wings after 30 minutes. Drain wings; trasfer to large serving platter. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired. (My note: probably will take longer if your chicken is thicker like mine. I didn't add blue cheese dressing to my calories b/c we're not using it.)Tell you if we like it!! Like I mentioned, it's from Walmart's Family Cookbook. Don't want any copyright issues!! Number of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user FITORFAT2007.
