Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp
Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
*CLAMATO, 8 oz
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
*Hot Sauce, Tapatio Salsa Picante, 3 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper


How Do I Make Tilapia Ceviche?

Here is how you make Tilapia Ceviche:

Slice Tilapia Fillets into small, bite sized chunks. Juice enough limes to make 1 cup of lime juice. In a large bowl, combine raw fish and lime juice. Mix well so that all of the fish is well coated with the juice. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. During this time, finely chop all of your vegetables and mix together in a bowl. After twenty minutes, drain the lime juice from the fish, gently squeezing the fish with a paper towel to get any remaining lime juice. Combine the fish and the vegetables. Add half of the Clamato, salt and pepper and Tapatio(or whatever hot sauce you prefer).
