Here is how you make Hickory Smoke Tofu:

Rinse tofu in cold water and pat dry. Cut tofu into 1/4 inch slabs and then cube. Sprinkle garlic powder over tofu. Let sit.Add 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick frying pan and add peppers, onion, and celery. Saute until translucent (about 5 minutes). Remove from pan and add 1 tbsp olive tofu and brown tofu ( approximately 10 minutes). Add BBQ sauce and simmer for about three minutes.
