Drain tomatoes, reserving the liquid.In saucepan, saute onions (or green onions) in oil until translucent. Add chili flakes to taste (I use about 1 tsp. - if you like it hot, add more).Add 2 cups of reserved tomato liquid (if there is not enough add water to make 2 cups) to the saucepan.Rinse quinoa very well, and add to the saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.Add the drained beans and corn.
