1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 each- 50 gm Ciabatta Rolls

Here is how you make Tomato Bruschetta:

In a large bowl add chopped tomatoes. Finely chop the garlic and add to tomatoes in bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper and fresh or dried chopped basil and siir until well mixed. Drissle over olive oil and balsamic vinegar and stir. Set aside for 1-2 hours to blend flavours. Cut ciabatta rolls in half (lengthwise) and toast. Rub each toased slice with garlic.
