Here is how you make Chick Pea and Tomato Curry:

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, onion & ginger. Stir until onions just start to brown (about 5 min). Add curry, cumin, mustard and cayenne and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds).Add chickpeas and tomatoes (including the juice). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally to blend flavors (about 15 minutes).
