1 package (16 oz) whole wheat linguine (Healthy Harvest)
1 package (8 oz) Neufchatel Cheese
2 cans (~28oz) no salt added diced tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 lb shrimp, devained

Here is how you make Creamy Basil and Tomato Shrimp Linguine:

To make vinaigrette:In a blender, roughly blend the tomatoes, salt, vinegars, basil and the garlic. Add the olive oil in a stream.Yield: about 2/3 cupTo make the pasta:Soften neufchatel cheese. Toss the diced tomatoes with neufchatel cheese, dressing and basil; cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.When ready to cook pasta, place tomato/cheese mixture into a medium sauce pan and warm on low heat.Cover the bottom of a saute pan with a small amount of olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the shrimp and garlic powder. Saute until shrimp are done, then add shrimp to the tomato mixture.Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Place in large bowl.
