Here is how you make Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato and Spaghetti Squash:

Cook spaghetti squash in microwave or oven until soft. Set aside/keep warm. Cook chicken in minimal olive or coconut oil with italian seasonings in electric wok or similar pan. Set aside. Saute garlic with sun-dried tomatoes in oil from tomatoes. Add artichoke hearts (cut up). Add red pepper flakes (to liking). Toss in cooked chicken and shrimp until thoroughly warm.
