Here is how you make Thai Red Curry with Turkey, Apple and Carrots:

Prepare Penne according to package directions. Drain and set aside until curry is ready.Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick saucepan on medium-low heat. Add spice paste and half of coconut milk. Cook for 3 minutes or until oil appears on top.Add meat and cook for another 5 minutes.Add remainder of coconut milk, diced apples and shredded coconut.
