One Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I used Prego Chunky Garden)
2 Medium Sized Bell Peppers (Optional)
About 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
About 1/2 cup 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mexican Four Cheese Blend - Shredded
About 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan/Romano

How Do I Make Baked Spaghetti Squash with Turkey?

Here is how you make Baked Spaghetti Squash with Turkey:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.1. Pierce spaghetti squash with a knife a couple of times. And put in the microwave on high for 10-12 minutes.2. Meanwhile, chop up the bell peppers.3. In skillet over medium high heat, heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil, and as much garlic as you like, add the chopped peppers stirring often to soften. (You may put a lid on the skillet to aid the softening.)4. In a sauce pan, heat up the sauce on low. When warm, add the softened peppers, and allow to keep warm.5. In the same skillet used to soften the peppers, brown the turkey meat, adding the other 2 tbsp of olive oil and salt to taste.6. Cut the spaghetti squash in half long-ways, and use a metal spoon to scrape out the string center and seeds.7. Using a fork, scrape the inside of the squash. It should get stringy like thin spaghetti, but not as soft.8. Pour the shredded "spaghetti" in a 9x9 baking pan.9. Add the browned turkey, and most of the sauce. (Save a little to pour on top.)10. Carefully stir the squash, turkey, and sauce until well integrated, and pat down into the pan.11. Pour the remaining sauce on top and spread around to cover.12. Sprinkle both cheeses evenly on top.13.
