Fill large sauce pan 3/4 of salted water and place on high heat for noodles.Place large pan on medium-high heat. Melt butter and add mushrooms and onions and saute until soft and most of pan liquid has evaporated (5 minutes). Add garlic and cook until fragrant (10-30 seconds). Dump noodles into water, giving one or two stirs to prevent sticking- prepare according to packagePlace ground turkey in pan and saute.
