2 cups sour cream fat reduced
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cups un cooked macaroni
salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Here is how you make Strognoff Ground Turkey and Beef:

Chop celery and onion and cook in a pan in cooking spray until just tender.Bring a pot of water to a boil; add macaroni and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain and place back in pot adding the soup, milk and sour cream. Stir well.Place celery and onion in casserole dish; use same pan to brown meats. Make sure to chop meat while browning; you want it crumbly. Drain meat and rinse with hot water. Add to macaroni pot. Add celery and onions and mix well.Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 for 6o minutes.
