Here is how you make Chrissie's Turkey Breast:

Makes 4 servings1. heat a skillet over medium-high heat with cooking spray2. sprinkle turkey breast on both sides with herb der provence seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.3. Add turkey to hot pan and cook on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes.4. Remove Turkey from pan and cover to keep warm.5. Add garlic to pan and saute for a minute, then deglaze pan with marsala wine. Simmer for a minute to reduce the wine by half, then add the chicken broth and lemon juice and capers. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for two minutes. 6. Add the turkey back in the pan making sure to coat the chicken with the sauce. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot. Serves well with brown rice and sauteed spinach.
