1, 1.5lb Turkey Breast skin on no bone
1 large Sprig fresh Rosemary
5 Slices thick Bacon
3 Cups Water
Ground Black Pepper to taste


How Do I Make Rosemary Turkey Breast?

Here is how you make Rosemary Turkey Breast:

Preheat Oven @ 375 degrees. Lightly spay roasting pan (just big enough for turkey to fit) With pan release. Put turkey in pan. Gently lift the skin away from breast and stuff a third of the rosemary all the way to the left, a third in the center then the remaining all the way to the right. Press skin down pour water over into pan. Single layer Bacon over the skin and sprinkle with pepper. Bake 1 hour and a half with foil on then remove. Bake another half hour or until the internal temp is 170 degrees. Serves 6 4ounce portions.
