These burgers were inspired by my love of chicken Caesar salad. I simply combined the main flavours of my favourite Caesar salad dressing with ground turkey and ended up with a yummy, healthy burger that even my beef loving husband loves!

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands until seasonings are evenly distributed. Be careful not overwork the meat or it will get tough.Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into patties. Allow to rest in the fridge for an hour or 2 or overnight to allow the flavours to meld.Grill over medium high heat until cooked through.
