3/4 cup chooped/ diced green pepper

How Do I Make Double Turkey Burgers?

Here is how you make Double Turkey Burgers:

Mix ground turkey, marinara sauce and green peppers together in large bowl. Form into patties approximately 2 ' in diameter. Spray frying pan with PAM olive oil spray (or 1 tsp Olive oil, this will help keep burgers from sticking to pan), cook on low setting giving enough time for a crust to form on bottom of burger before flipping (this will help hold burgers together so they don't fall apart). Keep covered with lid while cooking to hold in moisture and cook turkey faster. Flip as needed. Cook each burger approx 5-7 minutes. Top each burger with 1 slice of turkey bacon split in half, 1 slice tomato and shreded lettuce. Enjoy a flavorful turkey burger!!!
