We love burgers in my house. When I was a kid there was a restaurant my parents took me to that had a Beef burger called the Popeye because they added chopped spinach. Years later I have reinvented it, increased the nutritional value and decreased the fat. We love spinach in my house and hope you will like our Popeye Burger. Put drained spinach, peppers and onion in a bowl with the seasonings [black pepper, oregano, paprika] Mix. Add Ground Turkey, breifly mix, don't over mix or you will toughen the burger. The burgers will be a little wet, but that will help them stay moist. Divide mixture into 8 balls, flatten into burgers and cook. A non-stick surface is best for this.
