For guacamole:Make guacamole using avocado, Roma tomato, 1 tbsp cilantro, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 cloves garlic and 1/4 of a jalape?o. Refrigerate For burgers:Mix turkey, 2 tbsp cilantro, 1/2 jalape?o pepper, juice from one lime and zest, egg, onion, salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
