Chop green onions and mushrooms.Preparation: Beat the egg white and wine in a mixing bowl until blended. Stir in the breadcrumbs, green onions, salt, and pepper. Gently stir in the turkey and mushrooms. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 1/2-inch thick each. Wrap individually in wax paper or clear plastic wrap. Place the patties into a large freezer bag; place bag of patties and bag of hamburger buns together into a second freezer bag. Label and freeze together.To Serve: Thaw the patties and buns in the refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving. Preheat broiler.
