What Are The Ingredients For Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers Recipe? The ingredients for Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers are: Burgers:1 1/4 lb Ground Turkey (extra lean - 93% fat free) 2/3 C Panko Breadcrumbs 1/4 C Egg Beaters (or 1 egg, lightly beaten) 2 Green Onions (thinly sliced) 3 Tbs Chopped Fresh Cilantro (or 3 tsp dried) 1 tsp Asian Chili Sauce (or 1 tsp chili oil) 1 clove Minced Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 Tbs Oil (for cooking) Glaze: 1/2 C Teriyaki Glaze (I used a teriyaki marinade) 4 tsp Honey Ginger Mayonnaise: 1/2 C Miracle Whip 2 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish 2 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger (I used 1/16 - 1/8 tsp ground ginger) 2 tsp Lime Juice (I used lemon juice) 1 clove Minced Garlic 1/4 tsp Salt Garnish: Whole Wheat Buns Spinach or Red Lettuce Cucumber Slices How Do I Make Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers? Here is how you make Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers: 1) Mix Ginger Mayonnaise ingredients in a a small bowl with a lid. Cover, then place in the refrigerator.2) Mix all burger ingredients together in a bowl, then form 4 patties.3) Begin heating oil in a frying pan - it needs to be hot before the burgers are placed.4) While the oil is heating, mix glaze ingredients together in a small bowl until honey is diluted.5) Put burgers into frying pan and cook on one side for 30 seconds to 1 minute (just long enough for the very outside of the burger to turn light). I made sure to keep track of which patty I put down first; by the time I had put down the last patty, it was time to flip the first one.6) Flip each patty and brush on some of the glaze.7) After glazing the last patty, flip again, and glaze the other side.8) Repeat steps 6 and 7 for about until the patties are sufficiently cooked. The glaze really makes the burgers delicious, so we're not sure if it is possible to over-glaze them.9) Toast the buns, then spread some of the Ginger Mayo onto the top half. The Mayo recipe makes way too much sauce for the four burgers. We figured that you could probably make 12 burgers comfortably with the amour of mayo we had.10) Stack a patty, lettuce/spinach and cucumber slices onto the bottom bun and then cover with the top half.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PHILRULES.What's The Nutritional Info For Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers? The nutritional information for Pacific Rim Turkey Burgers is:
