3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup long grain rice
1 1/2 cups fat-free chicken broth
1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
1 egg
2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

1 can (680ml) tomato sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Here is how you make Turkey n Cabbage "Unrolled" Cassarole:

Cut cabbage into 8 wedges. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add cabbage, and cook about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain; separate leaves from tough centres. Set asideMeanwhile, spray a medium skillet with cooking spray and saute onions and garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. In large bowl, mix together turkey, egg, sage, marjoram, salt and pepper; stir in rice mixture.In small bowl, stir together tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.To assemble: Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Line the bottom of pan with half of the cabbage leaves. Top with ground turkey mixture. Cover with remaining cabbage leaves. Pour sauce over top and spread to edges. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Uncover, reduce heat to 325F and cook for another 30 minutes.
