1. In Dutch oven, saute onion, green pepper, celery and carrots until tender. Add ground turkey and cook until brown. Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes more.2. Add Worcestershire sauce, spices, zucchini and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and simmer 5 minutes more.3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.4.
