1 10 oz package frozen broccoli


How Do I Make Broccoli Turkey Casserole?

Here is how you make Broccoli Turkey Casserole:

Cook cut-up chicken breast in fry pan til lightly cooked or use 2 cups left over cooked chicken or turkey.In sauce pan, over low heat - melt butter and fresh mushrooms and diced onion. Add flour to create paste. Slowly blend in chicken broth to create sauce. ( If using canned mushrooms do not drain add to sauce and simmer til thickens.) Put thawed frozen brocoli or fresh cutup brocoli in 9 X 12 baking pan. Add cooked chicken. Pour sauce over brocoli and chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes.
