Here is how you make Popeye's Turkey Casserole:

Preheat oven to 400°F.In skillet crumble and brown turkey. Drain any excess fat.In 2 quart sauce pan add butter, spinach and half can of soup.Break apart spinach leaves as mixture comes to slight boil.Remove from heat and add stuffing mixture. Blend until stuffing is completely mixed in.In 12x8 in baking dish, pour stuffing mixture in and spread to cover entire dish.Add turkey evenly to top of mixture.In bowl mix soup and milk until creamy; pour over top of turkey.Sprinkle cheese over top as desired.Bake for 15 minutes covered.Serving size is 1 cup.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user TTFN-JENN.
