5 cups Sweet potato, shredded
0.5 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp coriander


How Do I Make Turkey Paleo Tex-Max Casserole?

Here is how you make Turkey Paleo Tex-Max Casserole:

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Shred all the veggies and garlic keeping the sweet potato separate. Melt 1/2 cup coconut oil and mix with shredded sweet potato. Add 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp coriander. Mix to blend. Set aside. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet. Add 3 tbsp coconut oil, remaining shredded veggies and seasonings. Place meat mixture in a 9x12 casserole dish. Too with sweet potato mixture. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes, then remove the foil and broil on low for 5 minutes or until the sweet potatoes have browned and crisped up a bit. Eyeball it.
