Here is how you make Turkey Shirataki Casserole:

Parboil noodles, toss in peas/corn at the end of cooking for a minute or 2. Meanwhile in a skillet, brown the bacon add turkey and scallions. Rinse the noodles/vegetables and put in casserole dish, add turkey/bacon mixture. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mustard, splash of milk, some fresh parsley and salt/pepper to taste - mix into the casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
