Preheat oven to 400. Brown ground turkey and set aside. In a deep non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the butter, mushrooms and onion. Cook 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add flour and nutmeg and cook 1 minute. Stir in milk and broth. Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese.
