?5 lbs ground turkey (Sam's Club sells this quantity in 2.5 pounds, that's ok.)
?2 packets of French Onion Soup
?4-6 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
?2 white onion, diced ~ 2-3 cups
?garlic, salt & pepper to taste
?60 ounces frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, green beans, carrots)
?2-26 ounce cans of Cream of XYZ soup. I prefer Cream of Mushroom but it doesn't matter. I also use one regular and one 98% fat free.
?Lots of Tator Tots (I buy the 8 pound bag from Sam's Club. Each 8x8 gets ~41 Tots)


How Do I Make Turkey Tator Tot Casserole?

Here is how you make Turkey Tator Tot Casserole:

1) In/Cook the ground turkey, french onion soup (packet only, don't follow the directions), Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt & pepper. Once it's about half done, add the diced onion. 2) Once completely cooked, drain the mixture above. Let it cool if putting into plastic oven-safe containers. 3) In a bowl, mix together the mixed veggies & soup (do not add milk/water.) 4) In pan, spread the meat mixture evenly across the bottom. Spread the veggie & soup mixture on top of that. Cover with Tots. 5) Bake at 350-375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Since the meat is already cooked, your end goal is cooked tator tots. Serving Size: This makes 6 casseroles in 8x8 pans, ~4.5 servings per casserole. It's a bulk recipe for giving some away or prepping for future.
