In a bowl, toss together me juice and turkey cutlets; salt and pepper to taste. Set aside while you prepare the rest. Preheat broiler. In a saucepan, toss together the remaining ingredients, except the cheese. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Place turkey on a broiler pan and broil turkey on both sides, 3 minutes or so, depending on thickness.
