1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown turkey. Drain any excess liquid from pan and then add beans, 1 3/4 cups salsa, chilies, chili powder and scallions. Cook just until heated through, about 3 - 4 minutes, then stir in cheese.3.
