2 cups raw baby spinach

4 oz. crumbled goat cheese

Here is how you make Low Carb Turkey Goat Cheese Spinach Meatloaf:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.Saute onions and garlic in butter over medium to low heat. In a mixing bowl combine ground turkey, eggs, oatmeal, steak sauce, salt, pepper and mix well.Add the cooked onions and garlic to the ground turkey mixture and mix again.Divide the mixture in half to make two rolls. Lay a piece of plastic wrap or wax paper down. Spread out one half of the mixture into a rectangle shape about 1/2 inch thick. Place half of the spinach and half of the goat cheese down the center.
