Here is how you make Turkey Cutlets with Goat Cheese and Mushrooms:

Preheat oven to 350. Cut Turkey Cutlets in half. Season Cutlets with Salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place Turkey cutlets on the bottom of a glass baking dish. Bake cutlets for about 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from oven and put a small dollop of goat cheese on each cutlet. Spread Mushrooms over the top. Return to the oven for another 10 - 15 minutes.
