No-Salt 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/2 cup sliced scallions (green onions) How Do I Make Turkey Romano?Here is how you make Turkey Romano: Makes 4 servings of 2 turkey cutlet pieces per person.Turkey RomanoSteps: 1. Place cutlets between 2 sheets of plastic wrap, flatten to 1/4 inch thickness. Combine 1/3 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. pepper; dredge cutlets in flour mixture. 2. heat 1 1/2 tsp. oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
