Reserve remaining half of plum mixture. Cover dish or seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.2. Heat oven to 325 degrees and place the turkey with the juice that is in the bag in a roasting pan and cook for 50 - 60 minutes or until core temperature reaches 165 degrees.
