Add ground turkey or ground chicken and cook until cooked thru. Drain and add turkey sausage. Continue to cook until turkey sausage is heated thru. Once heated thru, add marinara, oregano, parsley, salt, and black peppe and simmer until well incorporated. In a separate pot, boil 3 qt of water and add a liberal amount of salt. When water boils, drop in lasagna noodles and cook until aldente, bout 6 to 8 minutes.In a separate skillet, saute thawed spinach and rest of onion together. Now, lets get to layering. On the bottom of your 9x13 pan, ladle a medium amount of marinara meat sauce, place three lasagna noodles on top of the marinara sauce lengthwise. Next, place a thin layer of spinach. Then layer a thin layer of alfredo sauce and shredded cheese. Next layer is marinara sauce. Then repeat the layers ending with the shredded cheese. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
