Here is how you make Turkey Patty Pockets:

In a bowl, combine the herbs and yogurt. Add the meat and mix to combine. Form into 4 large, very thin patties.Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, grease how preferred (RR loves her olive oil, I prefer the spray--much simpler). Cook patties 3-4 minutes each side. Heat a small second skillet over high heat and blister the pitas on each side.
