This is my homemade recipe from my mother-in-law. It is my absolute favorite and I can't eat another. I eat a small portion and include another vegetable. This is a great dish for leftover chicken or turkey.

1/2 stick of salted butter
1/2 cup flour

1 1/2 pounds of turkey (or chicken) meat, cooked and shredded

Here is how you make Turkey Tetrazinin:

Cook spaghetti according to package direction. In a large sauce pan, melt butter with salt and pepper. Add flour and mix in. Add the milk while whisking constantly. Cook on Med-high heat until the milk thickens. Add mushrooms and black olives and 1/2 cup of the sliced almonds.drain the spaghetti and layer in a casserole dish with the sauce.
