In a large pot add olive oil to a medium heat. Then add garlic, peppers, onions and celery. When onions begin to become translucent add chopped tomatoes. Cover pot and let it cook for about 5 minutes. (remember to stir!) While you start that start another pan on medium and brown the ground turkey. Add turkey and tomato juice to the large pot. bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cover for 45 min to an hr. (remember to stir ever so often!) After 45 min to an hr, add both cans of beans and chili spice packets.
