Here is how you make Aj's Birthday Turkey Chili:

Add celery, garlic, onions and bell peppers to pan over med heat with 2 tbsp of water. Sautee for a couple of minutes until tender.Add ground turkey and brown (cover pan) completely. Add 1/4 cup water and stir in taco seasoning mix and can of diced tomatoes. Add cayenne pepper and ground cumin to taste. Bring to a boil and add black beans and corn.
