3/4 cup chopped Onion
4 tbsp Canola Oil
2 lb. ground Turkey
Salt and Pepper
2 bell peppers, green, red or both, chopped
1 14 oz can Red Kidney Beans, with liquid
1 8 oz can Cream of Tomato soup
1 20 oz can chopped Tomatoes
2 tsp Chili Pepper (can use part Ancho or Chipotle)
2 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp White Vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Flour


How Do I Make Chili con Turkey?

Here is how you make Chili con Turkey:

In a large pot, brown the turkey slightly in the oil. Add the onion and pepper and cook for another couple of minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients except the flour. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 1 hour. Check and adjust salt and pepper seasoning part way through and stir occasionally. To thicken the chili slightly, turn off the burner and stir in the flour one tbsp at a time and leave covered for about 10 minutes.
