Here is how you make Elaine's Turkey Chili:

Coarsely chop the onion and bell pepper. Add onion, bell pepper and ground turkey to a large non-stick skillet. Add minced garlic, and season with oregano, chili powder, black pepper and salt. Cook 6-7 minutes or until turkey is browned and onions are translucent.Empty the cans of black beans and corn into a colander. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
