Add ground beef and brown a bit. Add garlic and seasonings and brown about 5 minutes, breaking up turkey. Add peppers and cook a few minutes. Add onions and jalapeno and cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add black beans and corn and return to boil. Lower heat to low and simmer about 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings as needed.
