How Do I Make Left Over Turkey Chili?

Here is how you make Left Over Turkey Chili:

Heat oil in dutch oven, add onions, and bell pepper. Cook and stir ocassionaly for about six min. Add jalepeno and garlic and cook until softened (about a min). Stir in chili powder, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper. Add the turkey and stir until turkey is well coated. Pour in tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring chili to a simmer on medium-low and cook, uncovered for about an hour. Drain and rinse one can of the beans, leave the liquid in the second can.
