1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cilantro, finely chopped
2 Limes, cut into wedges
6 TBSP. Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Here is how you make Mexi-Turkey Chili:

Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy pot over medium heat. Add onion & saute until soft. Add ground turkey & garlic. Cook until turkey is no longer pink. Add diced green chiles, stewed tomatoes, beans & corn. Stir in Chicken broth (or water). Add chili powder, red pepper flake salt & pepper. Continue cooking until stew is thick, about 20 minutes.
